3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines vary depending on the product type and delivery location.
Estimated delivery dates will be provided during checkout.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (logistics, weather, etc.) are not under our control but will be communicated promptly.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders once placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Custom-made or personalized items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

6. Returns & Replacements

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos of the defect/damage must be emailed to support@rajwadafurnish.com for processing.
Replacement or repair will be provided as per the situation.

7. Warranty

Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
